We got our best minds at OMMA to discuss the top sneaky fighter meals that can help anyone lose weight and get in the best shape of their live.


Did you know there are actually some zero calorie and low-calorie foods that do require more energy for your body to digest than they provide you with?


These negative calorie, or 0 calorie foods, are foods that are so low in calories that the energy your body uses to chew and digest the food is more than the food contains.


This way our fighter always make weight, you can eat better, healtheir without worrying about calories and still manage to eat meals.


  1. Hot sauce is a zero calorie food that you can eat in unlimited amounts without it affecting your weight loss.

2. Coffee and Tea. Calories per serving: 2 calories per cup. Outside of added creamer or milk, coffee and tea count as a zero-calorie food and something that many drink while fasting




3. Toasted Almonds...for Obvious



4. Blueberry! If you fancy a cool drink, have a low-calorie blueberry juice or a low-fat blueberry smoothie with low-fat yogurt.



5. Grapes, strawberries, kiwi and Slices of watermelon. Watermelons are made up of 92% water and 100% sweet flavor! This delicious fruit is full of vitamins such as A, B6 and copious amounts of vitamin C. This delicious snack is only 40 calories for 2 cups worth.

6. Non-fat plain yogurt with honey for sweetness.


7. Yellow Mustard.

Yellow mustard is a tangy condiment for sandwiches and dips.

Many brands of this popular condiment contain zero calories, but some do contain up to 5 calories per serving. For a zero-calorie option, look for French's Classic Yellow Mustard,Great Value Yellow Mustard, and Plochman's Premium Mild Yellow Mustard.


8. Broccoli.



We recommend our athletes roast broccoli with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon. Calories per cup - 30 k/cal.


9. Asparagus. Asparagus is next on the list of zero calorie foods with its high amounts of vitamin K, follate, copper, fiber, and vitamin B1. You can actually eat asparagus raw.



10. Konjac shirataki noodles, is made out of konjac fibers and water and also has zero calories. Konjac shirataki noodles is a traditional Japanese food, and is very popular in Japan.

European Union EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) approved Konjac Glucomannan (Konjac Root Fiber) for weight loss claims. Keep it in a lettuce wrap if you want to go the low-carb route, or use a tortilla to make a portable snack. (1 wrap: 30g carbs / 28g protein / 15g fat).


11. Tuna Ranch Pita Pocket.

Tuna is rich in vitamins A and D as well as iron. As one of the low fat proteins, it makes a great weight loss food.


12. CELERY DIPPED IN GUACAMOLE.


Celery is a low-calorie vegetable that can help you feel full. 2 medium-sized celery sticks contain 15 calories.



Guacamole is one of the best sources of vitamin C and avocados are rich in healthy fats.


2 tablespoons of guacamole contain 45 calories.
